Austmail’s Student Express service has been established specifically to assist Students travelling back home after studying here in Australia. At the end of your study period in Australia you will need to pack and send your precious personal items back home. We can provide you with very competitive pricing that will suit your own individual budgets.

For your convenience we offer two levels of service.

Student Express door-to-door

Austmail offers a door–to-door service with full transit and tracking visibility via our website giving you peace of mind that your belongings are in safe hands the whole time. Our charges are inclusive of clearance and delivery but exclude any local duties, taxes, storage or other handling charges that may apply in your home country.

Student Economy Door to Airport

This service offers a slower and more economical transit time and is ideally suited for larger or more bulky consignments. Upon arrival of your goods at the nearest international airport to your hometown you would be notified and then you or your appointed contact would need to clear and process your goods with your local customs authorities. Our charges for this service are for the freight to the nearest International airport to your home and do not include any customs clearance charges, duties or taxes or any storage charges that may apply.
